To promote and protect the interests of practioners in the beauty services industry and establish and foster a quality-oriented beauty services industry in Jamaica; and to provide efficient, friendly and courteous service; therefore, contributing to the social, cultural, and economic growth of the nation.
OUR HISTORY
Pioneers of Jamaica's Beauty Industry
The NAHC was founded by practitioners who secure recognition for Beauty Industry professions as viable and essential trades, establish a code of ethics governing compensation and the quality of service, provide training and unite various sectors in the Beauty Industry under one umbrella. The NAHC acknowledges salon operators as pioneers in Jamaica’s Small Business Sector, making a vital contribution to the national economy.
